Our Refined Palm Olein oil that we supply have several specification :

  1. RBD Palm Olein CP6
    RBD Palm Olein Cloud Point 6 is also known as Super Olein. It’s produced with longer time in fractionation process and having Iodine Value around 60-63. Super Olein has more liquid fraction that is suitable for cooler climates because of cloud point around 2 – 5 °C.
  2. RBD Palm Olein CP8
    RBD Palm Olein Cloud Point 8 is stable and cost effective for cooking oil. The Iodine Value is around 56-58.
  3. RBD Palm Olein CP10
    RBD Palm Olein Cloud Point 10 has Iodine Value around 54-56.

Palm oil production is started from Palm Fruits that being separated between the kernel and the flesh. Palm kernel will produce palm kernel oil (PKO) that has different qualities compared to Palm fruit Oil.
From the palm fruit flesh, it will be steamed and pressed to get Crude Palm Oil (CPO). The crude palm oil will be refined to purify the oil from impurities and Free Fatty Acid to get Refined Palm Oil (RBD Palm Oil). Next step, this refined Palm Oil will be Fractionated to separate the liquid and solid fat. The liquid is called Palm olein Oil which is used for cooking oil and the solid fat is called Palm Stearin which is the ingredient to make margarine, shortening, and many derivatives products of palm oil.
